Brian J. Stark

Brian J. Stark has been representing the interests of Vermont estate planning and real estate clients since 2003. Previously affiliated with other high-volume law firms in the greater Burlington area, Brian has the experience and depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to provide both estate planning clients and buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate with comprehensive counsel.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brian obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University, where he majored in urban and regional planning, and obtained both his Juris Doctor and a master’s degree in environmental law from Vermont Law School. Subsequently, Brian has been admitted to practice in both Vermont and Indiana (inactive).  Outside of the office, Brian is an avid cyclist, swimmer, and skier.
