Dan is a retired Illinois attorney who founded Stuenzi & Associates, a boutique estate and business planning firm in the Chicago area. Dan sold his practice and moved to Omaha to become the Chief Operating Officer for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, where he served as a senior instructor for member attorneys, and managed the day-to-day operations of the association for several years. Dan was also the founder and owner of Collaborative Press, a publishing house specializing in books on estate, financial, and business planning.
Dan joined Legacy Design Strategies, a part of Andrew C. Sigerson, P.C. L.L.O in January 2016 as the Director of Strategic Development. In addition, Dan also manages the firm’s Lifetime Legacy Program. This program serves the firm’s estate and business planning clients with annual plan reviews and updates for changes in the law, or changes in the clients’ personal situation or planning goals. In addition, as a licensed real estate broker, Dan provides real estate advisory services to the firm’s Nebraska clients.
Dan and his wife Shelly have six children and eight grandchildren. They also serve as foster parents for special needs infants with Nebraska Children’s Home Society.
