Jared Bingham, Esq.

Jared Bingham has been practicing law since 2001. From 2003 to 2024, he served as a federal agent where he investigated and prosecuted criminal cases and handled administrative and employment law matters. He has a strong sense of justice and doing the right things for the right reasons. During his federal career, Jared started doing estate planning as a “side job”. In 2013, he founded JDB Law, PLLC and serves as its managing partner. He specializes in Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Business Formation and Planning.

Jared works closely with numerous financial planners, CPAs, and insurance professionals and their clients. He has presented at many workshops and seminars over the years and loves teaching and helping his clients truly understand estate and business planning and asset protection.
